it’s a cute bag but not as spacious as it say it is. really was looking forward to not carry a huge bag from now on but it doesn’t have space to carry the necessary things for my child. i could only carry one bottle even though there’s two insulated pockets because they are made for skinny or small bottles yet my baby likes a tall kind of round , in which if i would put two bottles , only diapers fit nothing else not even wipes which is necessary. not only that but when i ordered it , it suppostly came with a white heart puff ball yet when it arrived it wasn’t on the bag nor box. if i could do a refund i would. thank you.

I received my shipment earlier this week but my strap was made incorrectly. Based on the pictures on the website, the wide strap buckle + pouch is supposed to sit on the outside of the strap but mine sits on the inside. That was a major selling point for me was having a diaper bag with clip on pouch, so I’m little disappointed I waited for so long only for it to have this flaw. The adjustment buckle or the pouch ring was placed on the incorrect side. If I flip the strap to where the pouch sits on the correct side, the adjustment buckle for how long I want to make the strap, is now facing inwards. If I flip the strap so the buckle faces outward (the correct way), now the ring with my pouch sits/faces inwards. I asked if this batch of straps were all made this way or just mine? I asked for a replacement strap. I have yet to receive a response. Cute bag, but 2 star is definitely my overall experience and not receiving any kind of response especially after waiting 3 months for this purchase.
