To make sure we don't get caught up in the shipping delays from the holidays, we decided to start our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale early this year. Deals will be announced weekly. Each deal only lasts for that week, while supplies last.

You do not need to add the strap to your cart. It will automatically be included in your shipment. Promotion cannot be applied to past purchases.

How long does it take to fulfill orders?
Due to the high volume of orders, Please allow UP TO 5-6 business days from the date you placed your order for your orders to be fulfilled and shipped out. If you have to make any changes during this time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will not be able to make any changes once your order has been fulfilled.
If you purchased an item that is in stock in the same order as an item that is on pre-order, they will ship out TOGETHER when the pre-order item is in stock. Pre-order ship out dates are stated in the description of the item but are subject to change due to ongoing delays caused by the pandemic.
How long will shipping take?
Depending on the shipping option you picked, it can take 2-7 business days. Tracking information is always provided with every order.
Is my shipment insured?
If you select USPS priority shipping, your shipment is insured for up to $100. We also recommend purchasing Route Insurance for the fastest form of recovery.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, but international residents pay for shipping costs and any duties/custom fees that may apply. They are not eligible for Free Shipping promotions.
Do you provide free shipping?
Free Shipping is available on purchases $125 and up.
My package is missing. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once they leave our facility and are handed over to USPS, it is their responsibility. Please contact them directly regarding your package and have your tracking information on hand.
What is your return policy for bags?
If you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns if it is within 7 days of the receipt of your shipment. It must be in the original condition, in it's original packaging with all tags attached - unused and undamaged. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs. It will be deducted from your refund. To return, please contact email@example.com for your return label. There are no restocking fees.
Once we receive the returned item and it is accepted, we will process a full refund to your original form of payment or provide store credit (depending on the situation).
International orders and custom orders are FINAL. No returns accepted.
Anything purchased with a discount of 35% off or more are FINAL SALE due to the steep discount provided.
I purchased something from the Imperfect Sale. Can I return it?
Products purchased from the Imperfect Sale at a steep discount are non-refundable as they are marked as FINAL SALE due to the defects. When you make an imperfect purchase, you are agreeing to these terms as it is stated on the product page.
I received my item and it is damaged. What should I do?
We ensure that all of our items are made with the highest quality and packed with a lot of love. Prior to shipment, each product is thoroughly inspected for quality check by yours truly. In the very unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the receipt of shipment with details of the damage, photos of the damage and order number/confirmation.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund or provide store credit (depending on the situation). It must be in the original condition, in it's original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that we will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items that are found to be damaged due to wear and tear or misuse - anything not related to the manufacture of the item.
Do you do collaborations?
We are currently not doing Collaborations at the moment but we are always looking for boss moms who would genuinely like to promote our awesome bags! Fill out our Brand Ambassadors Application form and we will be in touch if we feel that you're a perfect match.
What is the best way to care for my bag?
(For the Mini Bag) Please be cautious when using the hide-away top handle if the bag is packed and heavy as the strap may be removed from the eyelet from excess weight or too much force.
How should I clean my bag?
This applies to ALL our bags. In terms of cleaning, the bag is water resistant on the exterior and interior - spot cleaning with a wash cloth or wet wipe will easily clean any residue that may appear when used. Please DO NOT use any alcohol based products to clean your bag as it may result in fading the color of the bag. This includes hand-sanitizers so please be cautious when using it around the bag.
